Product structure

The control system (water level and water temperature sensor) integrated with electricity heater and water tank which is originally manufactured in the factory according to the standard design. There is obvious characteristic on the product structure.

All parts such as control system sensor, electricity heater are installed later through assembly on spot. The difference is that some brand are purchased in OEM way, some are purchased through dealer. Some named original integrated product only sticks one label. There is no improvement or difference on the product structure.

Using life for intelligent control system

The using life for the key part of the control system (water temperature and level sensor) is as long as 15 years. Other electronic parts are also high level quality products.

The using life for water temperature and level sensor generally is 1-2 years. It shall be even shorter in the bad water quality area. Other electronic parts are not high level products either.

Maintain cost

The control system almost has the same using life with the heater with extremely low malfunction rate. The maintain cost can almost be ignored.

Every 1-2 years, the sensor has to be replaced. Some has even to be changed for several times per year. For each replace, the repairer has to go to the customers house and climb to the house roof. The actual cost is 100RMB Yuan per time which has caused great maintain cost for the manufacturer. Once after the guarantee period, the user has to afford such cost by themselves.

Un-predicated loss

As the sensor is long time steady and reliable, there is seldom water overflow or water can not be fed phenomenon. The possibility for water overflow has been greatly been reduced.

High malfunction rate for water level sensor which can fail at any time. There shall be great possibility for water overflow on the roof which shall bring misfortune to the users neighbor too. When people climb to the roof for repair, there is also danger for incident.
